We firmly believe for our efforts to be worthwhile it takes genuine partnerships –partnerships with leaders committed to the Lord and the people, culture, and communities around them.
The African leaders we equip and partner with are equally committed to the Great Commission. When they are equipped to serve effectively, transformation will also take place within their respective families, communities, and local ministries.
When you go on a mission trip, one of the first things you'll discover is that God's been at work wherever you're headed long before you ever set foot there. Indeed, God has been there all along and He's usually already doing some amazing things in and through His church body.
In Ephesians 4:11-16, we catch a glimpse of why Christ has raised up pastor/teachers. Jesus Christ is the one that has gifted these men to equip His people for service.
The pastor/teacher’s role is to spiritually advance the church and to see the body of Christ is built up, unified, and growing.
The church should not be easily deceived and unstable. Rather it should be able to detect, deter, and defend against deceit. That is why we work with local church leaders. They need to be properly equipped first so that they in turn will lead their own people to discover what it means to know Christ personally, to be like
Christ practically, and to do the work of Christ physically in their communities.
The African leaders we equip and partner with are equally committed to the Great Commission. When they are equipped to serve effectively, transformation will also take place within their respective families, communities, and local ministries.
